Q. I’ve paid with a deposit, what is the deadline to pay the final balance?
A. If you have booked with any deposit option, the remaining balance is due by Midday Monday 31st of March, 2025.
Q. How do I pay my final balance by Midday 31.03.25?
A. If you booked with a deposit, the booking email received at the time of booking includes a payment link to make the balance payment.
A. Click on your payment link. Enter the same email address for verification which is case sensitive – do not use LOGIN.
A. Pay attention to enter the correct details for payment authention, including checking for any bank app approval prompts.
Q. I can’t find my booking email with the Payment Link…
A. If you can’t find a booking email – we’ll issue a Balance Payment Link Reminder by Midnight 13th March to all leadbookers who have a balance due.
If you do not receive a Balance Payment Link Reminder within 24 hours of us issuing the replacement email, do get in touch for a resend.
Once Paid: Please check your new booking email for all the details including any notes on being next to F&f which are confirmed. Forgot to add the names of who you wish to be next to? Just let us know via the form and we’ll issue the update by end of May which is the deadline.
Q. What happens if I don’t pay the final balance by 31.03.25?
A. If you’re unable to pay your balance on time just get in touch for your options as we will not automatically cancel any booking without your consent.
Q. Can I add Breakfast or Additional Car Passes to my booking?
A. If you wish to add Breakfasts or Additonal Car Passes, your guests can now book their own as we will not add these to the main booking.
If you did not opt for Breakfast Included at the time of booking you can now book your own Breakfast Buffets here.
As a reminder, one car pass (per tent) is included in your booking, and any Additonal Car Passes must be purchased separately here
All Parking will be dealt with via the form only until early June from when we’ll contact you if we need to clarify any details.
