FURNISHING & BED TYPES

You may choose from a variety of furnish types:

  • Unfurnished (bring all own kit & bedding)
  • Furnished (3 inch mattress & bedding)
  • Classic (foam mattress & bedding)
  • Deluxe (raised beds & bedding)
  • Super Deluxe (raised beds & bedding)

We encourage all bookings to be made as the furnish type you’ll know you’ll require.

Upgrades may be an option however are only available for the whole tent.

To lock your Bell Tent, please bring a small (hand luggage size) padlock to use in the zipper.

Yes, all Yurts and Bedouins have lockable doors

Each Yurt or Bedouin will have one key 

BEDDING - IF INCLUDED OR ADDED

Bedding is included in all Furnishings types – except Unfurnished.

A Single and/or Double bedding packs consists of;

  • a towel (per person)
  • a blanket
  • Winter 13.5 tog duvet
  • two pillows
  • linens as duvet cover, pillow cases and sheet

Yes! All bedding includes one towel per person.

We recommend bringing a quick dry sports towel too as spares will not be available.

Our bedding packs are cosy and include two pillows per person plus a cushion and blanket however if you do feel the cold, have an injury we recommend bringing extra towels or pillows if required.

All tents/yurts are prepared in advance to your arrival.

If you need to change your bedding layout, please do let us know by the 31st May to avoid any delays to your check-in.

Kindly note we provide the equivalent of 1 single per 1 guest, 1 double for 2 guests min.

POWER - IF INCLUDED OR ADDED

Power is included in all Deluxe and Super Deluxe bookings.

And if you have opted for power as an add on to your Unfurnished, Furnished or Classic package.

Double power socket (no USB sockets) are suitable for charging mobiles however not suitable for hair dryers, curlers or straighteners, nor kettles as they’ll blow the fuse.

We recommend opting for power at the time of booking, or at least by the end of May – just make your request via the form and note the additional cost is £199.

As our site is set-up in advance, Power is not an option to add on once you arrive, nor during your stay.

Power supplied in the tents is a lead with UK standard twin socket on mains voltage (220-240v)

The power source supplied is unsuitable for devices such as kettles, hairdryers or fridges, and we kindly request guests to refrain from using them to avoid any danger or pressure to the circuit.

A 12V fridge cooler can be used just make sure you bring the necessary adaptor for the standard uk 3 pin sockets

Hairdryers and any other hair styling equipment can be used in the Pamper Parlour where there is a more significant power supply – we also supply hair dryers & straighteners available on a first-come, first serve basis.

The power source supplied is unsuitable for hairdryers, and we kindly request guests to refrain from using them in your tent to avoid any danger or pressure to the circuit.

Hairdryers and any other hair styling equipment can be used in the Pamper Parlour where there is a more significant power supply – we also supply hair dryers & straighteners available on a first-come, first serve basis.

If your booking includes a power socket, and your cooler requires 12V max – this is okay.

AMENITIES INCLUDED

Glampville provides plenty of hot showers in an undercover area, flushing loos with facilities cleaned regularly.

A communal pamper parlour will be set with a selection of mirrors, hairdryers and straighteners available to use on a first come first serve basis.

Please do bring your refill bottles!

A convenient and frequent 24-hour shuttle bus will operate to between our Main Entrance off the A361 and from the festival Bronze Gate

Timetables will be available upon arrival.

A walking route is available as ususal via the Glampville Pedestrian Gate using country paths to access Gate D – 1.5km.

Kindly note we do not recommned anyone walks to the festival via the busy A361 road as there are no footpaths.

There will be live music and dj sets for you to enjoy during the mornings at Glampville. In the past we have hosted a welcome party on the Wednesday which finishes around midnight.

WHAT YOU MAY BRING

Families are welcome at Glampville and under 5’s stay for free, just make sure you’ll have plenty of space for travel cots or beds.

If you do require a additional bed for any children, simply include them in the total booking.

You may bring food & drink for your own consumption.

If you have power included in your booking, or have added you may use a 12v fridge cooler.

Make sure you bring the correct adaptor to use in our standard 3 pin plugs.

Glampville welcomes attendees who need to bring medicines, food or drink to manage a medical condition.

If you need to bring a fridge cooler for any medication please make sure you have power included or added to your booking as the power supports 12v mini fridges or similar travel cooling devices.

If you use a sleep anea machine, power would need to a selection you opt for – just contact us prior to booking with the details / voltage of the device so we may provide your options.

We kindly ask for you to not place any sharp objects in our general bins for health and safety reasons.

Pack warm layers for evenings and sleeping, as our pop-up site in a field only provides bedding as stated.

If you will require any extra comfort, bring your own cushions or blankets.

Don’t forget a quick-drying towel, torch, small padlock (cabin size), and appropriate footwear.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

BOOKED EARLY BIRD WITH 20% DEPOSIT?

If you booked Early Bird with 20% deposit and successfully gained tickets please do pay your top-up deposit via the payment link provided in your original booking email.

If you have requested to modify your booking and have confirmed you have tickets, you may pay the existing 30% balance – or await the booking update.

If you have booked Early Bird and successfully gained tickets, we offer the exceptional option to modify your booking.

No. We do not collect any payments automatically therefore please do save each booking email with the correct payment link.

We’ll issue a payment link reminder shortly after the deadline if you have missed a payment.

I've paid the 50% DEPOSIT

If you booked Early Bird, and successfully gained tickets, or from 6pm GMT 14.11.24 with 50% deposit your deposit amount is complete.

The remaining balance is due by 31.03.25 and payable via the payment link in your booking email so please do keep it safe.

We’ll issue a payment reminder by 28.02.25 for anyone who cannot find their booking email and payment link.

If you booked Early Bird with 50% and successfully gained tickets you have the flexibility to modify your booking.

Any bookings made from 6pm GMT, 14.11.24 can only be modified by adding guests, upgrading a furnish type, or adding power – only.

Additional car passes are now available to purchase directly via the website here @ £35 each. We recommned your guests purchase their own so they may receive their QR code direct to their own email.

We’ll issue all unique QR code Car Passes by one week prior to your arival. Please see our Parking section via the Location page here for all the information.

EMAILS & COMMUNICATION

Please ensure you use an accessible email address when booking, as it will be your primary contact with Glampville.

Providing you have typed the correct email at the time of booking an email will be issued to confirm payment and booking details.

Check your junk box or gmail filters incase the email does not arrive into your inbox.

If you cannot find any emails just submit your RESEND request via the form here and we’ll issue the request within 1-2 business days.

If you are the leadbooker and need to get in touch, simply use the form here, or email in using the same email as used at the time fo booking and we’ll locate your booking.

For security and privacy we do not use social media for any booking updates or requests.
