Tucked away from the main area, this serene sanctuary offers daily yoga, breathwork, and workshops. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just curious to explore, this is your space to move, breathe, and simply be, and the best part – it’s completely free and exclusive for Glampville guests. After the session, feel free to stick around – The Zen Den is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a bit of calm.

The sessions are held and facilitated by the masterful Yogi & Mover Chris Geisler who brings a playful and grounded approach to movement & stillness. Influenced by Yoga, Natural Movement and Mindful practices, Chris invites you to reconnect with your body, awaken your senses, and start each day with some fun & intention.

Thursday

0800-0900 – Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels)

Ease into the day with an energising flow that invites both breath and movement… and maybe a moment of wondering how you got this flexible.

0900-1000 – Primal Movement

Reconnect through grounded playful movement, exploring various movement patterns —yes, it’s totally fine to channel your inner wild animal.

 

Friday

0800-0900 – Breathwork & Meditation

Drop into stillness with guided breath and awareness practices—because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is nothing (on purpose).

0900-1000 – Playful Warrior (Workshop)

Blending movement, games, and connection, this session will awaken your inner child and warrior essence—with a grin and possibly some spontaneous sound effects. It will be fun.

 

Saturday

0800-0900 – Sunrise Yoga & Breathwork

Greet the day with a mindful mix of breath and movement to wake up the body, centre the mind, and impress each other with your balance.

0900-1000 – Primal Play & Mobility

Explore natural movement, mobility, and creative expression—perfect for those who want to stretch, sweat, and occasionally make animal noises.

 

Sunday

0800-0900 – Restorative Yin Yoga

Lie down, let go, and achieve a peak nap whilst nourishing the nervous system—and yes, permission granted to fully melt into the mat.

0900-1000 – Movement Is Medicine (Ecstatic Dance Workshop)

Move freely, feel deeply, and dance like joy is your only job—no choreography, no judgment, just pure embodied expression.

 This is for all ages and abilities, please ensure children are not left unsupervised. We will have a supply of yoga mats on a first come first served basis, please feel free to bring your own!
