To show you how easy it is, here is a quick guide on how to manage, update, or cancel your deposit depending on your ticket results.
You Get Tickets! (No Changes Needed)
If you secure your festival tickets and your accommodation booking is good to go:
Action: Simply pay your remaining top-up balance via the link in your booking email.
Deadline: You have until October 30th to complete payment, but paying sooner lets us know right away that you’re in! Once paid, your booking is fully confirmed.
You Get Tickets, But Need Changes
If you get lucky but need to adjust your group size or switch your booking type:
Action: Visit our MY ACCOUNT PAGE to review and update your options before finalising your balance.
You Don’t Get Tickets
If ticket luck isn’t on your side by the morning of Sunday, October 4th:
Action: Simply fill out our Cancel & Refund Form to request your deposit back.
We’ll start processing your refund within one week and email you as soon as it’s on its way. Once sent, it typically takes 5 to 10 days to reach your account.
Important: Cancellations must be submitted via the form above. Due to high message volumes during sales, email cancellation requests cannot be processed.
Important Dates & Booking Rules
Ticket + Coach Sale (6:00 PM, Oct 1st): The Early Bird Deposit Scheme will close right before this sale opens.
50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Any new bookings made after 6:00 PM on October 1st require a 50% deposit, which is strictly non-refundable. If you haven’t booked early, please wait to place a booking until after you have secured your festival tickets.
Sunday Sales & Group Sizes: If you are waiting for Sunday morning’s ticket sale for all your group to get tickets, no worries, you can add guests up to the tent capacity later.
Need Support on Sunday?
Our team will be working hard behind the scenes during ticket launch weekend. If you submit a query on Sunday, please allow 1–2 working days for a response.
